How it works:
Run 30-min, Sauna 15-min and Cold Plunge 2-5 min.
Be a part of our run, sauna, and plunge groups and get daily encouragement. You can either create your own group or join one that’s already established. Each group will have four members, and you can choose any open time on the calendar. The meeting point will be at Fjord, starting point of the 30-min run, followed by a rejuvenating sauna experience and refreshing plunge.

Current group time slots:

  • 6:00 am group
  • 8:00 am group 

Start your own group and choose a new time slot, or opt to go solo and face the task according to your own schedule.

There are no extra fees! Simply join or create a group.
