Our name is inspired by the Scandinavian fjords—deep, cold waterways nestled between steep mountains, a place of raw beauty, stillness, and strength. Fjord Plunge is built on the same idea: a space designed to help you reset in a natural, purposeful way – inspired by nature’s and backed by science.

Thermotherapy

Fjord is built around the principle of thermal vitality—a dynamic approach to wellness that combines breathwork, cold plunging, and sauna therapy. By intentionally exposing the body to temperature shifts and focused breathing, this method supports natural recovery and strengthens the body’s adaptive response. Together, these elements offer a powerful way to restore balance, build resilience, rejuvenate, and recover.

Breathwork
Our guided breathwork classes focus on conscious breathing techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance focus and energy.
Cold Plunge
We have four cold plunge tubs ranging from 12°C to 3°C, with the option to add ice for a deeper cold plunge experience.
Sauna
Our barrel-shaped sauna comfortably fits 4 people, with space for up to 6. Its compact design allows temperatures to reach up to 100°C, delivering an intense and effective heat experience.

What to Bring & Hygiene

For your session, please bring a towel, swimwear, and slip-resistant sandals or flip-flops.

Our facility includes showers for use before and between sauna and plunge sessions, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience.

To ensure a hygienic experience, our tubs are UV-treated and continuously filtered, keeping the water clean and clear at all times.
